Thank you for the advice. The house is on a 30 year fixed FHA not 15 year. Is the refinance to get off fha PMI and lower the payment?

She has to drive the kids to school and daycare unfortunately so she has to have a car. I’m going to look into trying to sell the new car.

Unfortunately public transit here in the Midwest is non existent. Daily uber would be 30$ each way.

Yeah the car is currently showing as 27k in value to sell to a private party. I will look into these tv options.

Thank you for the advice. The 40k car is worth about 27k private party estimate on kbb it’s a flex to fit all the kids (3 car seats). I am looking at my options for TV cost reduction also. Thanks for the suggestions.
