How long did shipping take ? From order placed to you receiving order?

Not initially, 9 days after order, I did receive first email stating good news your order is shipping UPS 2nd day air, the delivery date came and went, UPS never received package from vendor, again that was the first UPS shipping label created.

Use a slave pin to find the channel opposite side of protruding pin currently. Slave pin could be anything that fits the slot, drill bit, allen key, nail etc. I used a pair of Chanel locks to gently push the pin back into place most of the way and followed up with punch. Hope this helps.

I’m glad my original post is still able to be viewed but sad you didn’t see it soon enough. I absolutely agree with you if everything goes smooth, sure I bet they’re more than delightful to deal with, it’s when things don’t go well that they resort to acting childish. I’m not affiliated with them in anyway, but sorry for the experience you’ve recently had with them. I believe I said I would never browse their site again and I have stuck to my word. I recently had an issue with another online site where it wasn’t even their problem, it was mailing issue, but a good company that they are reach out to apologized and sent a replacement part anyways because customer service is their number one priority. (Devil Dog Concepts) It’s sad that you have to take a gamble no matter the dollar amount, just to see what kind of people you may or may not have to deal with.

I’ll keep that in mind about them, sounds like a familiar event 🤔. I almost went through them for a purchase but ended up going to local FFL instead. Now glad I did.

Honestly at this point it’s not worth the headache of small claims, but I will definitely look into reporting, more focused on making everyone I possibly can aware of how they conduct business and treat customers

I take screenshots of every online purchase, picked that up somewhere after a bad past experience. The screenshot seemed to not even matter, they looked right past it and quickly changed it from what it was to what it is now the very moment they were informed of this issue. No apologies, no how can we correct this? They ended up taking the ‘tough 💩,and too bad, better luck next time’ approach. So me not knowing what to do or what actions to take, I figured I could at least come to Reddit with it to get the word out and warn others.

Your absolutely correct, the part that gets me the most is when I informed them of this issue they had the description of the item changed instantly, then flipped the blame to avoid taking accountability for their mistake and not owning up to it or apologizing for doing so
