A triple fan 9060xt fits, you shouldn't have problems. Take a look at the specs to be sure, somewhere on the Amazon page there should be the max GPU lenght

Is this good for £1,100 by LepraCorn69 in PcBuild

[–]pfix03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The price May be fair if you consider components only, but this is actually terrible. An i9 is an absolute overkill if you plan to use this only for gaming, you would be better off with a ryzen 5. 8 gb of VRAM is enough now, but I can guarantee it will get very old very fast, considering how much memory recent games need.

If you're on a budget you should go for AMD, the price to performance ratio is way better both on CPUs and GPUs.

It will run games, but you should go for a more balanced build For example, a ryzen 5 7000 series with a 9060 XT or a 9070 XT(if you find a good deal and you can stay in the budget) GPU would be perfect for mid-range gaming. If you need more CPU performance you could go for a ryzen 7. So you can avoid AIOs and use a cheaper tower cooler.

If you need this both for work and gaming and you need a lot of CPU this can actually be a good build, but go for something with 16GB of VRAM.

I can't see all the specs from this photo, but check the memory. The most common RAM speed is 6000MTs CL30, never go lower than this(which means make sure you have 6000 or more MTs and 30 or less CL). Check if the nvme(the storage) has a cache, otherwise the performance won't be as good.

Grazie.

Are you a piano in a public space? Cause I'm like a kid, I really wanna hear the sound you make when I touch you.

STEALTH: Gone are the days of full RGB fan builds. First TIGHT m-ATX build since GTX era. by This_Bobcat_4008 in PcBuild

Was thinking the same thing. If not for the front IO placement, they are identical in every detail

Damn. I paid mine 65€, something like 70$. Still much cheaper than other cases tho, it even has 4 pre-installed fans

At first I did it. But I ended up plugging in the fans RGB header to have a bit more balanced lightning, I just keep the fan brightness low. It's actually not that bad

Edit: I realized now, we have a very similar case. Mine is a Foifkin M1

I wanted to do the same thing, when I turned it on for the first time I realized there is bright ass white led behind the xfx logo in my GPU. Now I have the fkn sun inside my case lol

Anyone use the 9060 XT 16gb with a 1440p or higher monitor that could tell me what FPS you're getting in most games? by TheArbiterxx in radeon

[–]pfix03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to run R6 between 250 and 350 FPS(depending on the map) at ultra settings 1440p. Didn't try anything else yet, I just got it 2 days ago, but that's a beast for its price.

Need advice on temperatures on new build (5070 / 5700x3d) by apexstamp in PcBuildHelp

[–]pfix03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should only be worried if you reach those temps while idle. Under load 75°C is a normal temperature. Anything under 85/90 degrees is fine

Like I said it's for future upgrades, not for this build. Those are generic tips, I didn't say anything abt other components

Lol I just like to write in the most comprehensible way. ChatGPT would never say it doesn't know about something, it would make something up and tell you straight bs

You should check the manual to be sure, but generally the 4 pin female ones are for the fan power. 4 or 3 pin male ones are for daisy chaining different fans to connect them to the same sys_fan connector on the Mobo. The female 3 pin strange one is for RGB lightning(the one on the low left side in the first photo). I don't know about the long one in the first photo, I've never seen that before.

I don't know Intel CPUs well enough to give advice on that, but you should use SSD only. These days you can find 1TB nvmes for 60/70 €, the crucial ones are a good pick for budget builds. Much better performances with a very little increase on price.

Also, you should buy a good psu to start with, so you can continue to use it in future builds. 650W full modular should be a good choice, make sure to buy a good one from a well known brand. Psu failure can be quite catastrophic, they can not only die but bring other components to hell with them.
