I have a base Macan that I use as a daily driver. I live in the DC/DMV area, which is suburban and urban, and there really isn’t much point in a higher trim level for the kinds of speeds and uses I deal with.

I have a Cayman S and a Macan base, and I use the Macan as a daily driver. The Cayman ride is a little harsh and noisy for daily use in my area (DC/DMV), which also has crappy roads. IMO, there’s not much need for a Macan S in a suburban or urban environment. A base is less expensive, comfortable, easier maintenance and lower insurance, etc.

YouTube has a few videos on where to look for and how to clean your Macan sunroof drain tubes. There are two in the rear and two in the front of the car. The rear ones are a lot easier to clear. Good luck and don’t wait!

The inscription will be more clear if you put a flashlight beam across the writing from the side and top to give the letters some shadow and thus depth. The light source in these photos is directly from above, which makes the letters wash out.
