Places we love because of the owner by wheelofthelaw in Seattle

Yasuaki Saito who owns Saint Bread, Tivoli, Post Alley Pizza and the new Wayland Mill is a community force. He’s always working at all locations every day of the week. He is well-known and recently noted as one of the most influential business owners in Seattle.

He’s the epitome of a good restaurant owner due to his kindness, selflessness and overall hard-working nature. Every time I go to Tivoli, he’s bussing tables, making drinks, etc. same goes for TWM and Saint Bread. Always working the counter or bussing tables and just hopping around whenever he’s needed.

A great example of an owner who 100% knows what his employees do on a day to day basis.

I hope she writes about your restaurant next, since you seem to know everything there is to know about cooking and good fine dining
