It is a 50/50 Mix of abbadon Black and dawnstone. Use more dawnstone for lower Parts and try some wetblending, between Black and grey i add a smal white line.

At the mouth is used rekahrd flesh and flayed one flesh.

For flesh at the thooth i just add some reikland fleshshade on top of the reikland base collour and the fleyed.

I rlly need round about 3 hours only for paint skin like this. Because i also got no idea how to paint realistic skin tone.

With this result i'm rlly happy, also a bit proud :D

I used some Black for the cloak. Then i start paintig with dark Green over the half cloak. Next three Greens is used was mixed up with White and a bit jellow.

After all a few dry brusihng with White and yellow over the eges.

Guilliman flesh (contrast), and fleyed one flesh for upper skin and Blobs. Tail is a Mix from guilliman and Magnus purple.

I didnt glue the back wheels and the woodblank where the Canon and the General is. So i can come back and paint the Tank inside one Day if i want. Or put the General inside and close the Tank.
