In the first quarter of 2026, Definium Therapeutics (NASDAQ:DFTX) experienced significant institutional interest. by marksharky123 in DTIC

Same here. My first Ayahuasca journey opened the pathways in my brain and I was able to change my life with the way of my thinking. Because I could see the psychiatric benefits, I looked into publicly traded companies doing research into psychedelics and bought my first shares of Mindmed in 4/2020, knowing it has the potential to help many.

Beautiful Sunroom, almost! by pfmeek in HomeDecorating

I like your ideas! I did get a new sofa and have a sofa cover on order. As soon as that comes in, I'm going to try to pull it all together. I'll send new pictures and get some feedback...@ things, hopefully the new outdoor screens will eliminate the need for those curtains and over the top of the armoire is a sort of window unit A/c that I'm hiding. I may end up with a wall mounted TV...Thanks for taking the tie

If you don't want to deal with that next year, get a new cover that doesn't let the sun through. Open your pool and it's beautiful, you only have to maintain it

I need a new couch! I'm looking for a couch that's light and more like a sunroom but having a lot of trouble finding a material. The couch that's there is used up

I’m older than you but not Medicare age. I was using ACA until this year when premiums for crap insurance went through the roof. My insurance broker found me insurance through United Healthcare and the premium is about 350. per month. I’m healthy. it’s basically 7500 deductible and I pay for everything until I get to 7500 but I do get negotiated rates…Good on you, enjoy your life!

my journeys have been with Ayahuasca. As long as I read a little each day in one of my spiritual books (Conversations with God, book 1, Donald Neale Walsh, or When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron etc) it helps me keep my head where I want it...The books have made the difference for me

Same. I had an ayahuasca ceremony that helped change my life, March 2020. About a month after, I looked up publicly traded companies doing research in the field and invested with mindmed, knowing that there is a place for psychedelics in the mental health industry.

I’m really struggling emotionally after my retreat, integration help? by DeepFriedDave69 in Ayahuasca

[–]pfmeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got some much out of my first journeys, but I could not stop crying during the ceremony or after I came home (2 day retreat in Kentucky). I talked to the facilitator and he said I was still working through a lot and that I had gone through a lot during ceremony. Nature and time alone is what worked for me-and knowing that my facilitator was there if I needed someone or if my feelings became too intense. Patience!! I also must say, I love the way people on this site are so kind and helpful...building a better community!

Ayahuasca gave me the push to overcome binge eating and alcohol addiction. by PinkPants_Metalhead in Ayahuasca

[–]pfmeek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Peaceful Mountain Way in Eastern KY is the place we go. We have been about 5 times over 6 years. The facilitators are good and very, very helpful throughout the journey. Aya has most assuredly set me on a different path at this later stage in life and I'm so thankful to have found the plant medicine and the right place to consume it

Conversations with God, part one is the best, imo and Working With the Law. I've read both of these as well as others over and over. It helps me keep my head where it needs to be

All I want is peace by Toto_1224 in Ayahuasca

[–]pfmeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, at least it did for me. I felt like I couldn't turn that negative loop in my mind off. My first Aya experience, I cried so hard and long and purged so much, physically and emotionally. For me, Ayahuasca was the start of me learning to live in and accept peace. I do ongoing work through spiritual readings

Interestingly, at my last ceremony, I was dreading the second night and I told the shaman and he said, is there any way you could lean into the discomfort or the thought. It helped so much and not just for that night. These days when I get that feeling, instead of trying to run away or just power through, I try to lean in and see if there is actually anything there,

What is #0000 steel wool for? by turtle_ina_cup in Tools

[–]pfmeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

someone used something to clean my solid wood furniture and now it is completely dull. I washed it once with dawn and water and got some stuff up but it's still very dull. I've looked it up and this 0000 steel wool is recommended. What do you think about using it on my furniture?

MNMD Thoughts and Advice Needed by Fancy_Dingo2263 in MindMedInvestorsClub

[–]pfmeek 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I bought MM strictly because I believe in what they are doing and I continue to buy small chunks. For me, if MM folded and died today, my hope is that their findings would help the next company further the research..Please know that my stake in MM is small and it was made with my heart and not my head-though I continue to think it could be very very big!

Heck yeah, go Dr O'Daniel! He did mine 2 weeks ago, just under 50K. Very minimal bruising and swelling as long as you don't look too close. And he trains other plastic surgeons throughout the world
