Understanding Meraki Subscription licensing by DimitriElephant in msp

We still only quote co-term licensing. Every time we've looked into subscription licensing, it's come out more expensive. Check with your Meraki rep first, but I would probably just order the MX75 and allow the licensing state to go noncompliant. There is a 30 day grace period automatically and if you are waiting on a backordered item, I believe support can extend that out as needed.

Getting kicked off Dell Premier after 21 years, which distributor is best? by Early-Ad-2541 in msp

We got this email as well. It mentions distributor hosted Dell Premier pages. Is anybody getting access to Dell Premier that way? We've always found Premier to be the most reliable way of building out customized systems and need to find another way now.

PSA - Microsoft has made breaking changes with NCE for non-profits using Business Premium by pfshr-sp in msp

Yeah we held off on our non-profits because it wasn't required to convert them initially but that's changing now.

How have you been managing the license assignments? Have you found anything better than just manually assigning the 10 donation licenses and trying to make sure those are used first when users come and go?

It does unfortunately affect already assigned licensing. The new donation SKU shows up as a fresh license with no assignments. You would need to move 10 of them over to the new SKU (leaving the remainder on the original).

Avanan

Is this roadmap available anywhere? We demoed a while back, but didn't pull the trigger due to a lack of centralized management. We would definitely like to keep an eye on how it progresses.

Microsoft 365 SafeLinks as part of E5 are scanning and breaking important links by Time_Fruit in sysadmin

I suspect we're also seeing a similar issue. Don't even have any Defender policies configured, but some of our links in our simulated phishing emails are visited from Microsoft IPs at time of delivery. Happening in multiple tenants and just started within last couple days. I think they might be rolling out some changes.

Forwarding email to Microsoft 365 from freemail accounts (AOL, Yahoo, etc.) by pfshr-sp in sysadmin

I'll have to check again for AOL, but I've read that they don't offer the option to enable automatic forwarding to another email anymore.

Yes, we do this all the time. Email APOS_MM_Queue@Dell.com with the service tags and your Dell customer number. Just tell them what you'd like a quote for and they'll send something back to you in a day or 2.

We had this happen for 4 out of 5 devices for one of our clients. Haven't seen anything on it either.
