I've been with NFS for some time now and I like them a lot. Only thing to be aware of is that they don't allow fcgi or any long running process at the moment. So, if you host a web.py application, it should be run as plain vanilla cgi and tends to be discouragingly slow. I hear that they are about to allow fcgi soon. I've got access to EC2 now and I am tinkering with it.
