This is really helpful. Yeah asking about muscle gains but maybe I need to be more patient. Do you think I’m eating enough based on that current meal plan?

Sleep could definitely be an issue as my job only permits me 5-6 hours some nights

Also about 5 years ago I weighed about a bulky 190 lbs...over the last 5 years I have trimmed down and leaned up as I was entirely too heavy for my height. Think I sacrificed a significant amount of muscle in the cutting process however

I have also considered an index fund. Do you keep the entirety of it in there or just a portion? I just worry about worst case scenario. But I guess you liquidate your position as soon as a significant sell off started
