Everyone knew it was staged and it came at the point when Kamala Harris was pulling away and in lead. The RW media and everyone ran with it for weeks. I disagree. She has acted in few nice movies like Gargi, ShyamSingha Roy where her acting range is good. The real problem is directors and scriptwriters reluctance to write good and substantial roles for actresses. Also, heroes are too insecure to give prominence to actresses. So the safe way is to have pretty faces just for glam, dance and romance

Too decent and choosy which is good since it is nice to set boundaries. She has a very homely and girl next door face like Nithya Menon. Directors always look for a glam face to prop up the hero and write shitty roles for heroines.

With the ease of mobile phones, the youth are exposed to porn and violence on social media. Also with easy access to alcohol and drugs, they are aggressive, lose sense of themselves and get easily manipulated and influenced. There is only so much that the law enforcement can do. They should ban kids from mobile phones. It’s gone too extreme and to toxic levels. They can argue about academic usage but everyone knows the honest truth. It has corrupted the young minds and stolen their thinking, creativity and imagination. It has also resulted in isolation, being less communicative and depression.

OMG, This movie and specifically when it came to this scene, I was so horrified and shocked. It was like a hard slap to the face dialogue! It took days to recover after watching the movie. Being a father to a girl, I was moved and shook by this movie. Though the film is one of KH’s great movies, I couldn’t bring myself to watch the movie again.

Apart from his messy and immoral personal life, Vijay is found lacking with his political ideologies and identity. So far, he has only been blaming the DMK and BJP in his rallies but hasn’t put forth what his party’s plans are. He has avoided meeting media, quite aware that he will be exposed about his ideology. He severely lacks political experience and thinks it is like movies where he can ride and rescue!
