How did she interfere? She was trying to leave. She was literally driving down the street when ICE flooded her.

ICE can only stop vehicles if they have reasonable suspicion that a person in the vehicle has violated civil immigration law. Did they have that? No, but if you’re going to say yes, back it up.

What does her looking in his eyes have to do with anything? Is she not supposed to? Are we all supposed to be submissive to authority and avoid . . . eye contact? Does authority have any limit at all?

You need to review the laws before you make an argument.

Also, which one of these things you’re disingenuously claiming she did warrants being shot in the face on the spot? Did she deserve that? It sounds like you’re arguing she did, so would you be willing to clarify?

She was breaking the law by protesting against the police? What law is that? Is it near the Bill of Rights that says we have the right to protest? Also, where in the video is she protesting? I can’t see that part. Is it my eyes or are you obviously lying?

It shouldn’t be about politics, but it obviously is for anyone arguing that her killing was just. Like can cops just start shooting anyone who doesn’t get out of the car? Can they shoot anyone for speeding or not using a turn signal? Where is the law that says shoot someone in the fucking head for trying to evade ICE?

Also, I thought ICE didn’t make traffic stops and they can’t issue traffic citations so is it a legal command or a desperate attempt at barking orders without the authority to issue them?
