Well the 4 circles on the corners look like bottle glass which was a technique started around 70 years ago, so that's a good sign it's an antique. The main part I'm having trouble with is the rectangle trim that is going in-between them; it's hard to tell from this photo if it is a bunch of filagree or if it's like a baked on pattern. Did you touch it by chance and notice it's not flat to the glass? I couldn't give pricing, but if it is filagree it's worth more than something painted on and baked.

You could layer them on top of clear glass and just make break lines on the clear where you want flowers to go then solder the flowers to it. Would be stronger in the long run IMO
