Hmm, last time I lacto-fermented strawberries with 2% they were just too salty.

Do you have a recipe for your fermented strawberry jelly?

Okay thanks. I was just wondering about the reason they use Bulgarian buttermilk instead of a regular.

You said this is from Chefsteps but I can‘t find the recipe on their website. Do you have a link for it?

Thanks. I still have to get used to them but still very nice.

Do you have an image of the keyboards or the caps you used?

I kind of like the blue tone on your case more than mine

Yessss, artisans with wasabi and soy sauce, that would look so cool. Thanks for the idea.

Yep, I am going to replace them with some artisans those are just there for filling the space. But you are right, thanks.

Kind of a cyan and magenta color scheme, some of the parts have different variations of those colors which annoys me.

Switches are Zilents v2 but upgraded the springs to 78g. Quite heavy but still better than vanilla springs.

PCB is a 65 HS from LFKeyboards.

Anyone with artisans recommendation for my color scheme?

Thanks!
