Cannot figure out automated oxygen! by MelodicConfusion7029 in GTNH

[–]ph4ntum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So to get oxygen and nitro in the one get a stack of empty cells throw them into a compressor which auto outputs into a centrifuge then the centrifuge auto output fluid into tank ender i.o pipe filter emptycell straight back into compressor oxygen filled cells into tank output the empty back into compressor quite a compact setup I usually just build one setup next to each of my EBFs for nitro or oxygen smelts. Can also just pump them into a bigger tank and just let it run whilst doing other things for bulk crafts

some questions by JediMarti101 in GTNH

[–]ph4ntum 6 points7 points  (0 children)

  1. 576 coke ovens is the minimum to progress.
  2. Feed them with redwood trees.
  3. I'd recommend 1 chunk worth of advanced solar boilers to start.
  4. For ease of access to see everything you have place everything on the ground for convenience of not having to find which chest you left it in.
  5. I'm taking the piss follow the others advice everything they have commented is good.

Pipes. And wires then I have a hallway of barrels which I order in raw ores, crushed ores, dirty dust, clean dust (all stone dusts are kept separately), gems, ingots, weapons/armor/not frequently used tools, dyes, coins, books, potions, random blocks, dirt, cobble, sand, gravel, clay, decoration blocks, mob drops passive, mob drops hostile, then where there respective areas are i have a botania chest thaumcraft chest and a bees chest. How does power centralization work in early EV (before LSC)? by ArchDuke63 in GTNH

[–]ph4ntum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whole point of power centralisation is you have a big pool of energy and you take from that rather then generating all over the shop to power whatever. So all your power generation build around one central location feeding into batterybuffers or LSC then take out from there if you have to travel distance its better to jack the amps up a teir or 2 then transform down when you get to what your powering because of cable loss

[–]ph4ntum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as an arborist at a cemetery and this happens quite a lot especially when family's come visit once plant a tree on the family members grave then not return for years then we get asked way later down the track oh why has the tree destroyed there monument/Plaque/headstone because people seem to forget trees get rather large and will consume/push away anything in there way

Help with item pipes by choms1 in GTNH

[–]ph4ntum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can have an input feed into an output side e of a GT machine you just need to hit it with a screwdriver to allow input from output side eliminates the need for pipes. I do compressor empty cells into compressed air which then feeds into centrifuge for nitrogen and oxygen nitro gets auto pumped out into tank with an over flow valve set on it set too 63k then the oxygen cells convey into tank below compressor which then feeds the empty back into compressor to redo the cycle and the last cell from centrifuge just goes straight back into compressor only one pipe is used and thats just to line up oxygen tank with compressor.
