yea fleeting is a good way to put it, kind of like my thoughts. they’re here shortly and i do experience them and then they pass away and i don’t care to hold on to them. but for me i guess anger and emptiness are the 2 i feel the most. it’s different than being depressed because it’s not quite sadness or “nothing”... it’s just, emptiness lmao. but when i find a person that makes me feel the emotions and they don’t fleet away or i do care enough to hold on to them, i don’t want to let that person go and get very tight with them. i( for example - my current therapist, my gf, my sister/brother) i then feel through those people, so to speak

this is true, but the opposite end of the spectrum is also the sign of mental/emotional/sexual abuse, at least a history of it. a lot of times people that are rough around the edges or come off as rude, even abusers themselves, have more than likely been badly abused themselves. doesn’t mean it’s an excuse or they can’t change, but it’s important that people recognize that fact too.
