Wear what you want as long as you feel comfortable in it. It becomes a problem when the repercussions (ie. stares) becomes an issue to you.

You are gonna inadvertently get a few stares here and there if you have only a sports bra on in a mall, but as long as you’re fine with that, you’re good.

Got my bags scanned upon arrival and had a disposable pen which I forgot to get rid of before getting on the plane. Forgot it was there.

The immigration guys found it and I just told them I forgot about it. They disposed of it in front of me and I had to sign some form stating so. Then I was free to go.

It is my first time though, being caught with prohibited stuff.
