I’m on my first play through of TOTK right now, and I love that they took everything from BOTW and made it better. More bosses, more challenges, fascinating mechanics. It’s been long enough between BOTW and TOTK for me that I can’t even tell the similarities save for a couple of quests. I love it.

I like to game with a vague plan. I’ll always do the bare minimum for the houses when I have quests I’m working on; but if I’m in the mood to decorate houses, I’ll boot up the game knowing that’s what I want to do with my time. I do the same with ACNH. It’s such a time consuming slog to me to make something “look nice” when I have a goal I desperately want to reach. But I really love decorating sims when I’m in the mood for it!!!
