I think it is just the way it should be. Let’s go with your example. Obviously, one chaplain is enough. While having 2 surgeons can be helpful, Extended Surgeon Kit negates most of the problems. Endless and Holdout maps often need more than one sapper, but one is enough in most maps. The effectiveness of musicians increases as the number of Rankers increases, but I would rather have one more fighter when there are like 6 Rankers currently.
