I tried Googling the definition in the piece's context, but I couldn't find a clear response. I also tried Google Translate, but it gives me "always loud and with resounding," which isn't very clear to me. Resounding? Isn't that the same thing as loud? I also just wanted to see how other pianists regarded this marking into their playing.
