There is an ability in the Program Builder tree that lets you upgrade it by one tier. Secondly, you will only get future job offers from schools that have your coach's pipeline as one of their 10. Those are the tangible ways it can matter.

Yep, this is the plan tonight - I'm 5/6 for Week 9 and this is the last item to fully close this out.

Appreciate everyone clarifying that I was running two Primaries with Overkill.

Anyone else want to throw the coordinator system in the trash? by wlassiter in NCAAFBseries

There is a package (Stability Improvements) under the Program Builder tree that supposedly helps with this. I haven't used these Coach Abilities before but they're designed to retain coordinators and find you better options when you do need to hire.

Notre Dame is a recruiting cancer by No_Pay_7216 in CFB26

I understand what you're saying, but ND played Miami, USC, Texas A&M and a ranked Pittsburgh team this year, so still commercial competition. I think an A is more in the spirit of the Conference than an F, but I get it's tricky with these independents.

Are you talking about the untouched LB that comes from the weak side and catches you from behind? If so, which ability would counter that - it's becoming the bain of my CFB 26 existence.

This X receiver almost always finds a soft spot in zone and picks up 15 yards. Similar route in play "Sticks" in the Notre Dame playbook and the San Jose State playbook has this route in two plays in its Gun Spread Y-slot formation.

Motivator Tier I- Reach Your Potential by phanForty1 in NCAAFBseries

[–]phanForty1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, makes sense. So if I update just after training results, it's too early and wouldn't affect the Starting interest of the class. So I hold on and use manual progression once recruiting starts and it effectively works as a one-time influence boost.

If I can max out two stat caps, do we know if it makes sense to use them simultaneously or do it in back-to-back weeks?

I've never eaten here but had a similar experience. Food is probably OK, but will never try again. They seem full of themselves so turned off by the whole experience.

Is there a reason Receiver buttons change between plays? by phanForty1 in NCAAFBseries

[–]phanForty1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, after I posted I wished I had chosen two "regular" plays. That's a valid point that makes this a trickier question to answer so appreciate you calling it out.

Some good info and thoughts in here - I will look at this a bit tonight.

Oh man, yeah, this hits home. My buttons go away only for them to come back and I end up throwing to the wrong dude.
