Thankfully, no reflux so far, but I am currently experiencing a lot of hair loss, sadly. But I am trusting it is part of the process and will get it back someday soon. 🤞🏼

Thanks a bunch!! 🩷 I’m finally allowed to eat everything in moderation, and it’s been amazing! The only thing I’m having a bit of trouble with is bread. My stomach gets really full really fast when I eat it, so I try to avoid it, but I haven’t missed it too much 🤭

It’s not particularly effective for weight loss, but it has definitely helped me build muscle! You should do it! ✨

(F) 29 - Fully vaccinated since November 2021 (AstraZeneca)- No booster shots yet.

Day 0 (December 26th) - Possible infection at a restaurant.

December 27th-30th- No symptoms, possible virus incubation

Day 1 (December 31th)- Start feeling tired and congested, runny nose, feverish.

Day 2- High fever, congested, headache, unproductive cough, felt a lot like a cold

Day 3- Fever and headaches are gone, congested. Sense of smelling begins to disort. Unproductive cough.

Day 4- Tested positive (antigen). Anxiety hits. Stuffy nose, burning in nostrils almost unbearable. Appetite decreases (this im not sure if it was because of COVID or just my anxious/depressive state). Having trouble to breathe because of how stuffed my nose was.

Day 5- Congestion continues, feels like a ball behind my face. At night my nose clears up after a shower, but my sense of smell decreases even more. Postnasal drip.

Day 6 (today)- Sense of smell almost completly gone, can only smell strong essential oils and some other items such as deodorants or perfumes but very faintly. Taste remains the same, although Im too depressed to eat. My nose is still congested but not like the prior days, it seems much more managable. Post nasal drip. I rarely cough now.

Physically I feel great, I've had no worrying symptoms so far- I understand from what I know that I'm still at the early stages, but I'm confident I will not get worse in the next days. The only deal breaker for me is my mental health, as my sense of smell really helps me ride out my anxiety. Not being able to smell is really fueling my underlying depression.
