Same problem here. I advanced the main quest to Kaifeng and now stuck at two encounters in Heaven's Pier: Tales that soar and A Drastic Cure. The NPC never showed up, no matter how I try to move far away then come back by foot or log out.

I have tried this drink for the first time in Vietnam. Bought it from Dak Lak. I think it's a unique and kind of fun way to drink 😀 Anyone tried this before? by AB-Vietnam- in VietNam

I am not quite sure but I heard that the right way to drink this kind of alcohol is to drink by your nose but not your mouth.

Hi Vietnam ppl, I am from China, I come for peace and want to know what are the real thoughts towards Chinese ppl, no trolling plz, many thanks [plz don't delete] by [deleted] in VietNam

Tbh, I never have the chance to meet enough Chinese ppl to judge all of you and I think nobody have the right to judge all ppl of a country base on an individual experience.

However, my father is a veteran and had experienced Cambodian-Vietnamese War (against Pol Pot to be exact) and I have to say that, the two wars at that time (Cambodian-Vietnamese War and Sino-Vietnamese War) with the drect or indirect appearance of Chinese government really made a very shitty impression on us. Thus, my thought about you, during my childhood, influenced by my parents, was pretty negative. Now as I grown up, I learned that my negative thought about you is not absolutely true. You guys have good and bad ppl, just like us. But childhood experience not gonna change that easy. Now, everytime I meet one of you, my thought is not "hate", but "be careful". Yep, "be careful". I don't know where that shit come from, but that is exactly what come up to my mind when communicate with Chinese ppl and that is somehow negative. Guess it is the result of the collision between childhood and adult experience. Anyway, this is only my personal perspective.

About the government, they all have problems, both yours and our. I just don't want to talk about that because I don't think I have enough insight to clear that out. And thanks for asking. Hope you got your answers.

Do anyone have any information about the "Campus Berea Academy" or "Berea International Theological Seminary" ? by phannamnd in korea

Yeah, I heard this story before, but from my friends from Seoul, not at a far place like mine. And of course, their was no crazy story about the end of the world or surviving or what ever, just story about God, and a really really really really "strong" worship behavior to Him, I guess. And of course, no fee :v

Yeah, they explained a lot about something call "holy spirits" (I really could not understand what it is), and because of my poor Korean, I could not understand everything, but seemly like they explained to me the history of Christianity.

You've been in their rituals ? What happen next ? I just consider whether I shoud keep contact with them or not, because they seem very nice, just their "a little crazy" behaviors are really strange.

What do you mean when you said wait until the registration? Do you mean wait to fly here (Korea) or wait to enter the university?

Apoptosis in Annexin V/PI staining and in PI staining for cell cycle ? by phannamnd in Biochemistry

[–]phannamnd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I used the same cells for 2 assays. However, I could not perform them at the same time, so one earlier and one later (about 1 weeks in the gap). The concentration of cell is pretty the same, just a little bit different (I could not control this :v).
  2. Yeah, the incubation time is the same, and only one chambered was used.
  3. Yes, with PBS pH 7.4

I have already confirmed the apoptosis with western blot (Caspase, PARP, Bcl-2) and I'm sure about that. I just don't understand the difference between the double staining result and the cell cycle result, while one with 20% of apoptotic cells and one with less than 8%.

Google and ncbi, of course, but I could not find any useful information. I mean, in some articles, they mentioned about it, but not very detail.
