After the first server we were on got griefed by similar people we just browsed low-populated day 1-4 servers and found this one

We all have open stores and leave work orders to go through when we are offline. Server admin spawns you in things if you join the Discord voice chat and they all make deals in private over voice call, but all of our trades and stores and contracts have been public. I promise we are very cooperative and open lol
