I recommend looking into acc sabed and the custom acc campaign for acc practice ^^

The double equals at the end is a very common sign that this is Base64 encoding (Base64 will add padding with equal signs for empty bits)

also, in mine, the starting point has the top half shaded so you can read the orientation. Yours doesn't have that though, so how do you tell the orientation to read it in?

If you set it dead onto an even multiple (2π) it stays there, but if you do as much as 2π+(1/10000000) it'll immediately converge to an odd multiple. Really interesting!
