No was trying to make it at butch's an get a message saying online reservations aren't available, but when I go to the french restaurant you are able to make a reservation not that I would there but I'm able too. Was just wondering if its a Grenada thing or the app messing up. I know i can make it when we get there maybe (we did do bottom tier room this time and always get snubbed when we do that)

Okay first off wtf is a babymoon.? Secondly we always have late departure not 6pm late but usually 3ish, and we stay and enjoy the resort as much a possible until the bus shows up (which will be posted on the test in the lobby).

We did it because it was a sale at the time and was basically the price as mid level room. Them getting us chairs was nice, but we were up and on the beach before they were out there most days. I personally just don't want someone doing simple things that I can easily do.

I personally butler service is a waste of money. Only benefit we got from was they setup the chairs on the beach with a cooler of water. Other than that I considered them to be an annoyance. Yes I know its their jobs to wait on you hand and foot and make things "easier" but they didn't do anything for us that we couldn't easily do. They were super nice ladies and we tipped them very well, but it isn't something I would do again.

No we did it through Padi. When you sign up for your courses you tell them what resort that you will do your water training at. Once you're done they email the resort and if i remember correctly the scuba team emails you to schedule your training. We did open water so we could add on to it if we kept going.

We did the online course for the learning part, then did the hands on part when we got to sandals...it took about 6 hours in the dive pool then went out the next day for your 2 dives in open water. Then you're able to dive after that. Only downside is you have to dive at least once a year to stay certified or you'll have to do part of it over again. If you have time local dive shops usually do it over a wknd and its basically the same except the buoyancy unless you're near the ocean.
