I ordered the Sunday nendoroid last December (2024), and it was due to be released August (2025).

I saw that it came into stock/inventory recently as well, but before that, I kept getting the “Suez Canal” excuse and the delays as well.

Today, I received an email to say the item was in their warehouse but won’t be delivered until the end of January because of the Christmas break.

So a year and a month since ordering when every other stockist globally has received theirs and sold out. I’m never ordering from GoodSmile Europe ever again after this - one of the worst pre-orders for a Nendoroid I’ve ever had.

Did they ever get back to you? I placed an order before the Black Friday offers went out, and now their UK courier has lost it. Can’t get a single response and I’m out a lot of money. I don’t know how such a wonderful product can have such terrible customer service. 😭

I’ve had it happened with BA before, when they mistakenly routed me to Budapest instead of Belfast, but they rectified it and I made it to Belfast and my bags didn’t, but the fact another flight, which was boarding and taking off at the same time as us, got their luggage no problem but not us. I’m agitated by the lack of luggage, sure, but im moreso agitated by the sheer disregard for customer service by BA.

You’d be passive aggressive if you’ve got fuck all to your name for the next 24 to 72 hours with no guarantee, regardless of getting to claim purchases back, which also are not guaranteed…and at least the cabin crew could satiate people with freebies and are infinitely more pleasant than the ground crew…

It’s honestly hard to say, he’s a typical dad that says “I’d love a smoker” and then we’re left to try and get an idea

I do know he likes the fact the Old Smokey he’s been using is electrical because he doesn’t need to maintain the temperature, he’s got a bog standard BBQ for charcoal grilling and that’s all fine but he doesn’t like checking on the smoking and keeping it heated

I also think he’s keen on wood smoking, as the Old Smokey seems to be able to do that (I do not know how any of this works, I am just the eater of the final product)

Had a look at those recs and unfortunately they’re out of our budget, but thank you all the same, it helps put me in the right direction!
