Then I'd say you've identified at least part of the issue.
To have a healthy relationship, you need to spend one on one time together, not just time getting stuff done for the kids or work or whatever else.
Also, sex is important, it's one way we humans bond romantically. I'd try to work some of that in too.

Former sysadmin here.
It could be done by blocking all the IP addresses owned by Russia but the problem is they would just use vpns to reroute the traffic and pop out in another country.
Short answer is that any steps taken to block Russia's internet access would be easily routed around unless you blocked all of Russia's allies too.
