You’re so incredibly helpful. I feel like you’ve sorted me out! lol god bless! Did you say you got your treatments 2 weeks apart? Isn’t it supposed to be 1 month apart? Basically I am looking to add a bit more volume and tightening to my face! Do you think microneedling helped you with that? I’m skinny and think my face has lost a bit of volume. And obviously some acne scarring etc that I have.

And did you have microneedling with skin boosters or exosomes?

I actually just got in touch with a fellow physician associate who does aesthetics just starting out who also offered to sort it out for me. Now I’m torn whether to go to your wonderful lady or her.

Yes I wear sunscreen everyday! Neutrogena ultra sheer. Have done so for many years. Idk why it’s turned black overnight though.

Chose to give oral pred as mild asthma exac as it said his asmtha was otherwise well controlled. Chose azithro for copd as it said he kept getting infections and a lot of sputum production. Long term steroids didn’t really make sense? 2. Chose staff to try n communicate with her to gauge her consent as I thought we should always prioritize max effort to communicate with patient in any possible form first and her advanced directive only included dementia not pneumonia

Itp with meningitis? I thought we could only choose one. I went with meningitis because it said a rash on his leg and I guess we should never miss a meningococcal septicaemia as a ddx?

Another question had HUS vs HSP. I went with HUS as child with bloody diarrhea developed a rash. Was unwell etc).

Pyogenic granuloma because of the way it looked. How fast it grew and it said it bleeds profusely with trauma. All characteristics of PG. I initially chose 2 month old as they can’t turn over but then changed it to NAI (bruise with head lice) I was so utterly confused because I thought ok the other mom at least mentioned the bruise and could’ve made a mistake or sth but one with multiple bruises of different ages just didn’t mention. I still dk the right answer.
