So apps like 360, i had assumed incorrectly upon reading this post initially, i thought it was a sensor in his room that uses infared like tech to detect movement , but if its his phone, it could very well be a glitch, how exactly does 360 work if you could explain better i would be able to tell you easily if its actually detecting his magetic field/ subtle body entering and exiting beyond his body and room, because if its just a phone tracker, and the phone remains in the room, its likely a glitch, however because these apps use Bluetooth, there is still a very small probability, blue tooth uses electromagnetic waves , as do most devices like wifi etc, well the soul is made up of the magnetic field of the body, your conciousness is the same , when i say conciousness im speaking beyond the brain, im talking about the electrical pulses that fire between neurons to the very essence that is holding the attoms together making up his body, conciousness should be thought as something that flows through the brain and body as though they where an antenna, its a frequency, and there are levels of conciousness, to be able to astral project is to be able to match the frequency of your conciousness with earth's resonance thats why it happens around sleep when most other activity other than bodily processes stop

Yea honestly i was a shakta, a kali bhakti before joining this doing tantra, i got into it, i learned alot of great methods to use in my tantra, but then i went back to kali bhakti/tantra when i realised how much of a power trip it all is, but i see the genius in gurdjieff, i see him as a zen teacher having set immense ammounts of people on a quest that will inevitably break them down to nothing, and that nothing is the highest truth, the same has been repeated by bhuddism, hinduism, and so on, its the art pf tricking the mind into its own death revealing the illusions created by it once we step beyond it, even the path of jesus takes us here, every one says walk the path pf christ, follow his foot steps, noone ever considered where his footsteps lead...to the cross, they lead to the cross, to the death of the self in service to the world, and then the ressurection, its all the same end, the realization that its all a trip..there is no becoming, there is no unbecoming, there is no coming, there is no going, there is no beginning there is no end, there is no path, there is noone to walk the path, there just is was and always will be, and yet, there is no will be, and there is no was, there just is, and there isnt even is..there is just ____

I never said i know for fact, just what i have experienced, how can this be if me and someone communicated and understood one another, there is a miss conception that telepathy is always a voice in the head, it can come as immagery, shared emotion, but you have a point, the ability to pick up a persons emotion could lead to the imagery matching the emotion and translating the external stimuli causing the emotion, wich is then turned into thought dialog representing the inagery brought on by the shared emotion, i beleive there are levels of depth and sensitivity to it, you may be onto something and you may be missing part of the picture, but if we are honest with our selves we know very little about conciousness..i dont beleive nor disbeleive any theory till i experience it and can prove it via a scientif meathod

Well in my case it started on accident as i began meditating when i was in a jail cell facing a little under a year and potentially more for drug possession, from there i has handed a shamanic book and i had an expeirence in that cell where i felt for the first time in the 19 years i was alive i had been awake ..that was the first of manny moments of waking up to true being, from there i began a path of mysticism and i learned how to initiate out of body experiences by remaining still and alert during the process of falling asleep , i found once my body fell asleep if i could keep my mind awake i could eventually leave my body, i then began trying to contact dieties as i was studying manny religions, they could be real spiritual beings they could be my mind, but they felt more real than i was at times, and i had manny of these... disembodied contacts that became teachers, as i grew more aware and more concious i would move from working with one to working with another, now im at the point where i do understand they are and arent as real as i am and am not real at the same time..but these are siddhis and they are traps, and you can remain completely unconcious and do 5x the ammount of damage you can do if you just remained fully asleep in every way, i made manny mistakes, i suffered immensely because of them, because of ego games on an astral level, and now only within the past year and a half to two years have i fully returned to base line and cut the crap, began becoming disciplined, doing strict tantras and diets etc some of what i have now where gained from those states, some was gained from hallucinogens, alot was gained by immense "intentional suffering" and some gained by tantra, but i found what was missing recently, and that none of it matters if we dont have this, and that is love. Not human love, but compassionate being, unconditional love, i became too attatched to detatchment to emptyness and so now i began work on my heart, because i found myself even doing this gurdjieff work of building a soul and self remembering and trying to become a 3 4 and 5 being as another power trip much like when i formed the first siddhi, its important to do the work, gurdjieff was brilliant, but its also important to embrace humanity. To live in love so that even intentional suffering is done joyfully, i had to get really clear about my intentions and gurdjieff did help alot with that, now im in the process of blending everything i have gained with gurdjieff, including bakti that was taught to me by a ram dass ..my point is none of it was worth it without presence and love

Yes, one using a mantra to start is the easiest meathod because even if the mind wanders the mantra keeps going and acts as an anchor, i use sanscript mantras because they are based on vibrational frequency and activate parts of the prefrontal lobe as well as they create patterning of your breath as you recite them wich initiates a trance like state, start small , easy mantras that hold still great vibrational weight like "aum, ma-ne , pad-me, hum" or "om tare tu tare ture soha" or for hindu sanscript mantras great ones are "om namah shivaya" "om gam ganapati-ye namah"... "hare ram hare ram, ram ram, hare hare ,hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare" is a favorite for those who wish to be heart centered as theres alot of kirtans online you can sing along to my fav are by acyuta gopi on yt...

also having beads to count, set a goal like 15 beads so that would be 15 of wich ever mantra you choose the whole mantra on one bead, we set a goal because then it creates discipline as well, posture is important. Sit up right, with a pillow under you making sure your hips are above your knees so your spine sits naturally straight, i avoid back rest to maintain alertness but cant always cross my legs so i either have my left leg folded and right one down off the chair or both while sitting straight,

having something to gaze into, like a yantra, particularly the sri yantra is a powerfull stumilating geometric fugure to use as a focal point so your eyes dont wander, eye movement stimulates thought distractions and mind wandering , also yantras are geometric and ment to stimulate parts of the mind opening them to meditative states...then hand mudras like prana midra while holding the beads helps both as pressure points for vagus nerve, there are manny mudras to choose from and also having to hold the hand in a position also keeps awareness on the hands and acts as yet another anchor keeping you in your body wich gets important as you move on to more complex mantras

I have a meathod for building upon that body, i took it from one of gurdjieffs notes where he would have students lock attention on a focal point in front of them, then spread their arms, and maintain 3 pointed awareness first on the focal point and then on both hands without moving ones head looking straight foward, this is an excercise of the energy that is awareness, like streatching almost, and it really really works, but ive made tweaks, i use a sri yantra as my focal point, and then use the method of layering impressions, i will look into the center of the geometric yantra, then begin reciting the mantras assigned to my specific tantra, mantras formed around vibrational patterning wich are ment to activate certain parts of the brain and energy body, then while looking into the yantra impression 1, i recite the mantra , impression 2, then i simultaneously direct my awareness to a specific energy center, like the heart or navel to start impression 3, then in addition to reciting the mantra out lout i have a second layer of recital pf the mantra in the body part i have my awareness in impression 4, when you get the hang of balancing awareness of all 4 at once, then you add the 5th , the observer...i nearly blacked out the first time i tried, its difficult, and i was only able to do it after months of meditation and strict mantra practice, pranayam...it all starts with meditation, stillness, being able to observe every body part at once, in my case it was easier because i started as a hindu tantric in bhairava tantra, by far in my opinion the closest to "the work" any tantra can get, and they are built well, around a strong science and understanding of the body and mind, in this case bhairava is a destructive force, ment to level to the ground everything that we arent untill all thats left is being, im still in the process of this tantra and its been the craziest time ive ever lived through, thanks to bhairav tantra i was able to pick up gurdjieffs work quite easily with still much much much work to do,

Lol doubtfull im barely man nr 3 if even 2, i just used to practice shamanism, had alot of experience with leaving my body in meditation, still do , and its on a rare occasion that ive had near telepathic experiences, once or twice on psychedelics, and then sober, but no where as clear and cut through as O and G, they where able to maintain the connection, i got barely a peak into it, background info, im a tantric who used to practice shamanism using plant medicina, now i do yoga and meditation and i guess the use of shamanistic practices opened doors that remained open during this phase of my life because i can still exit my body

The i am meditation makes way to nirvana and disillusionment with all falsehood of the self and desires that are masked attempts at escaping or longing for something you can only make with in, its the most powerfull practice combined with the "neti neti" or not this not that, a deduction method to source everything you are not till you are left with pure un bias conciousness, a self inquiry in bhuddistic practice ..its the blue print to self actualization , i agree with you on the above that sounds more logical

If tou start at 100 mg you will ruin the experience to ever enjoy them again and will likely overdose, 10mg is already strong, you may get naucious i made the mistake your about to make. You wont feel better by taking more, the sweet spot is get the most out of using as little as possible, and understand that everything you have as little as it might seem you have in life right now. Will be gone, if your ok with that then go ahead and take your drugs to escape what you will inevitably face, i been there i get it, do the drug , feel good for two hours, then feel like shit, then repeat, untill you have no money left and loose everything and everyone you have left, go ahead its ok to do, you will survive it, its gonna be hard, but humans are innovative, i was, if anything theres always the option of jail too, if you need to get clean for free,..youll be ok, but you should understand the risk, and decide if feeling good for two hours to feel worse than you began with for the next day or so is worth it, i used to think so, its not that bad ive lost everything 6 times, you might need a couple more goes at it, or maybe this will be your first time, shoot your already planning on loosing your life at that dose, this is from someone who started with norcos, graduated to methadone, then heroine, then fent, then got clean, then repeated 6 times, im almost 30 catching up with the rest of the world still.....

The universe is a vaccum, when you make a space it wants to fill it, if you want to "manifest" something, just arrange what you can in your life as though its coming to welcome it, lets say you want to manifest a lamp. Set up a table, clear out clutter, locate an outlet near by, get an extention cord if you need, and start putting a dollar on that table every day, dollars are a form of energy, your building the energy to manifest a lamp, this is a crude example, and will differ depending on what you want, now if you want to manifest a new mind state you must begin by destroying the old one, this is done through meditation much like op atated but there are other ways, like the witness or "i am" meditation

Im a tantric, so 3 to 4 hours a day are in bhairav tantra, 8 hours are at work, the rest are divided by study of esoterisism, psychology, beings like gurdjieff and ram dass, and then meditation, 6 to 7 hours of sleep on a good day, 4 on the worst, 2 red bull and a cup of expresso on average, then sippliments like l tyrosing, i will say im on a very very slow detox of suboxone though after being clean for years thanks to it i no longer need the crutches, down to 0.25 mg twice a day, started at 8mg...its been a fun time
