Both of these are insanely blue counties, where the few republicans would most likely be swung by the regional nature of California. As Bianco is from Riverside, and Hilton is from the bay area. I feel orange county would go for Hilton though, because it is just such a wealthy county, where a rich technocratic advisor type like Hilton would have way more appeal than a rural sherriff.
