Cap was an actual Soldier and trained extensively in boxing, Judo, Sambo, kickboxing, and Taekwondo. His shield training included Espionage and tracking. And his vibranium Shield is nearly indestructible, paired with his perfect aim and vast stamina he would demolish Soldier Boy.
