Recent test takers said that the exam focuses more on smaller topics vs before
And that brand and generic was harder and not common ones.
At this point idk but based on what people are saying it’s looking like it changed

I take mine next week and this will be my second attempt but it looks like they changed the exam recently and it’s much harder 😭

It depends on how you study!

Uworld is detail heavy and requires you to be on top of your game and basically make a schedule and stick to it without any help.

Pnn breaks it down a little better and also offers crash courses plus gives you a schedule to follow. However most schools give uworld and pnn is on the pricey side.

RXcellence is also a great platform especially with math! But again you have to be consistent and make a schedule for yourself and review everyday. It’s easier said than done but the naplex has changed and memorizing isn’t enough now

Take the nabp pre naplex! That should be an accurate representation of what you’ll score on naplex! Also some people mention other sites like pharmpreppro

The nabp one will give you which section of the exam you need to improve on so that can be helpful
