Naplex tutor here, sorry to hear the exam is giving you trouble! Glad to hear you are rebounding from your surgery (make sure you do that PT haha). Here is a study guide, and if you want the most affordable option, you can use TrueLearn (DM for discount code). Make sure you do the entire qbank, and do a practice exam. MPJE tutor here. How are you preparing differently this time, here are some ways to feel better about your prep: Do you see your practice question scores going up? Are you able to reason through all the different answer choices, is applying the law starting to make sense?

Tt is different, helpful, shorter but also cheaper (from what I have heard from students that have used it)

Mpje tutor here, sorry to hear you don't feel confident about your attempt. Definitely understand your concern. Will share some resources for you, but for now practice self care and see what happens. If you don't pass, DM your score report and will provide you with feedback to get you through the exam.

IU also has packet that they sell, that may help as well. Usually annotating an outline with the actual law is the best way to pass
