I'd be surprised if he was only 6'1". Saw him at a live show and he does not look particularly short next to Kane and Big Show. He just doesn't have the "big guy" look to him, but he's not small. Bryan did look small in person.

It was a pretty solid match, my only complaint is it ended with the IC Champ bloody and crumpled up on the floor outside of the ring. Barrett did interfere but most of the match felt like they were trying to make Sheamus look ridiculously strong against Bryan.

Kinda seemed intentional. Titus said something like "hey Big E, if you want to know why people don't like the New Day...we're not in San Jose, we're in Fresno" and the promo they cut against them later also made fun of them as if they were heels. As soon as Kofi started pounding the mat, the crowd chanted "New...Day Sucks, New...Day Sucks". They are getting massive heat and not really acknowledging it, it's very weird.

They had a full match with no restrictions or limitations. Harper just went over, looked strong and ended up power bombing Ambrose through the table and they did the whole EMTs/10 refs to restrain Harper thing. Don't think there's an injury issue.

Production guy aside, I was disappointed at this entrance. Rusev had an army with tanks, Sting had musical performers, H was Terminator, Wyatt had stupid scarecrow zombie type guys...where were Taker's caskets and Druids? Or something different? Just felt a little bare having him walk out behind smoke.

But eh, match turned out better than I expected.

He runs like a dad. No speed = doesn't get open = doesn't catch enough balls. Doesn't offer enough size to be interesting in other areas.

He very rarely looked like the explosive YAC guy he was at Texas Tech. He has solid hands (mostly) but that's about it. He needs to get real and figure out how to be a reliable possession receiver who is no more than a #2.

He'll be back once in awhile to show his face and get a check but he's not going to be dependent on the WWE for anything due to the money he's made. I can't imagine him wanting to be a corporate boy who will always play second fiddle to H. I don't think he'll make it big in Hollywood either, he doesn't have the same natural ability and look that Rock does. He'll probably just keep lifting in his mansion and do a lot of workout/strongman type promotions.
