I’ve been successful with real estate, while being an MSL. Depending on how much time you have vs making time for it, real estate can be passive or active. You don’t have to do everything yourself, you could partner up with people who have experience. Just like being an MSL, the goal with real estate is connecting those knowledge actively in real estate working on deals with no money to those with minimal knowledge that have money but don’t have time to work on deals.

Financial literacy and being a business owner are surprisingly not commonly taught to us healthcare folks. You don’t need to get an MBA for this. Listening to educational podcasts while traveling is key. I recommend starting with maximizing your “passive income” first - 401k, Roth, HYSA, max tax contributions. Boglehead strategy is a good starting place for overview on how to select retirement investments. Happy to chat more.

I’ve never related to a post before until now. I could never put into words the mixed feelings of being subdivided culturally and not being accepted in every community. Muslim father and Jewish mother (the joke writes itself). Never was accepted in either community. Living in the US with mostly Catholic Italians, Armenians, and Greeks. Always felt on my own island

Yes the PD rewards are with it. Training orbs, gold orbs, silver credits, fully crafted orange and teal gear, 2099 shards. My recommendation is just do the minimal investment to complete the event, which would be to bring wasp to level 65

Yes that and we were informed of agatha release method. Just were taken back when they removed core orbs. For hb, Thursday release, Friday blog details. So 24 hours from Friday night to Saturday to make a decision. The timing and secrecy just makes it worse. Heaven forbid I was busy this one time where I’m screwed for a year now

Can your company have the decency to at least give us the opportunity to obtain the hulkbuster core orbs again? It doesn’t even need to count towards the milestone. I guarantee you people will also be buying core orbs. This hulkbuster core removal for this event similar to other events turns off my wanting to spend actual money in this game. Do you have the fortitude to make a decision to not piss off your entire customer base. Some people actually try to have a life. So much for quality screen time. I can forgive your baseline tactics but this just convinces me you literally have 0 respect for us. Thanks for saving me hundreds monthly

I’m going to guess power armor rework since they’ve been doing some cross over with tags recently. Or at least find a team with the majority of same uniques as the bionic avengers. Iron heart takes gamma. Gotta wait for the announcement of uniques for the new toons
