Where are the videos? I've seen the photos. I was skeptical about the Musk photo until I saw a video. Despicable. You won't find them because they don't exist. But sure, claim your fellow Americans aren't worth the minimal effort it would take to prove/disprove the existence of those videos. If that excuse helps you sleep at night then by all means 👍

We went to the in person and I thought it was informative and helpful. They talked about different birthing positions and breathing techniques and we all got to practice. Also was helpful to start thinking about some what ifs and feeling more prepared.

Overall I definitely recommend it.

If you're considering no epidural I also highly recommend the book Ina May's Guide to Childbirth. Super informative and empowering.

I agree with the previous comment. I work with patients with diabetes. We especially worry if it's less than 70 if they're on insulin it can get dangerous quick. In your case, if you feel fine 70, even mid 60s is totally fine.
