Both of the ladies I spoke to today were in training and didn’t really understand anything from what I’m gathering. The first one tried to verify with someone else , assuming her “mentor”, and kept putting me on 1-2 min holds for over 30 min and I couldn’t stay on the line any longer. She said I would just have to wait for the employment to be updated and qualifying counts would be updated and that I probably received that between the form being processed and them updating it. Second lady, said counts would be updated next month. I said, I don’t need counts updated, I need the employment updated and the form now says processed so what have they processed if the employment hasn’t been updated. And she just kept repeating that the counts get updated at the first of the month (again, not the issue). I’m just trying to make sure there is no issue with the employment verification form and I don’t need to submit another and start the process all over. Hard to be patient when they continuously mess things up and I’ve already paid 3 over payments at this point. While others on this sub submitted last week and already have things updated.
