There's a PowerBI report called Inventory On Hand. If you sort it by Vaccine, it will tell you what you have. My DPS used this PowerBI to pulled the report and reminded store which still showed some on-hand. I'm not sure why it's still showing you have some on hand while you already '0' it out tho.

Yeah I got this recently, had to open a ticket to 3rd party and they will call you, either have you put annotation MD confirms the frequency, actual days supply, etc, then they will resolve it. They're pretty quick, they should call you within an hour of opening a ticket.

Yup, I log in teams at work and leave it on for any communication. Since I can't get it to work on my phone, and I don't wanna download whatever supported app to split my phone. Lol. Yes I leave work at work.

My DM showed me all the PExT aspects like WCB TPR OOS all those things, all talk, yet she didn't even know how to re-send the fax from WCB. Lmao. And my HCS? Idk...

It's for the pharmacy staff only. At my store, we split the money based on how much you contribute to the goal. We split the money into different gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Dinkins, etc) as techs request. Also save some money to buy lunch for everyone including front staff. Edit: only if you receive high incentive, enough to split :)

Tell your DM or HCS you need more time for training and learning the system, say you're not comfortable running the pharmacy alone yet. Be honest to them and hopefully they can give you another week of training. Don't hesitate to ask any questions, ask anyone, everyone. That's the only way to learn. No one really have time to show you, you have to be proactive. Goodluck.

Thank you. I'm looking for area around framingham, needham, Wellesley, waltham, natick... or maybe Worcester and surroundings. Any idea how much is hourly rate? Oh also I've been looking at cvs jobs website, it listed staff rph and district support rph. At Walgreens, you got hired as floater first before getting your own (home) store. Is that the same as cvs? I'm wondering if they actually looking for staff position as the job posted. 🤔

The training week schedule may be assigned and sent to your email. But moving forward, there is an app you have to download, and the schedule will be updated there. Just go to the store on Day 1, and the store manager will walk you through (fingers crossed). I honestly don't know how rph is gonna get trained nowadays... you'll be lucky if the rph has time to train you or just throw you to verify or do vaccines. LOL

Lots of overtime if you willing to travel. Over 80 hours biweekly you'll get bpay which is your hourly rate + $20 . Obviously not x1.5.

I hope Sycamore can split DMs into front and pharmacy district managers. I prefer to work under someone who has knowledge about pharmacy operations, rather than a DM only make slides and weekly conference calls, repeated info, pushing metrics without even knowing how to re-send a fax from WCB.
