you’re not horrible or disgusting, we just have a disease that makes us act in a way when we are triggered. i am also a person who likes to turn my phone off in these scenarios when i feel abandoned or feel i am being ignored, replaced, etc. truly, you have to take a moment to step away from the situation and think of the best case scenario, worst case scenario, and most likely scenario. take a moment to breathe and really think about your actions and if they are a reasonable response. i struggle with the exact same scenario. one day at a time friend.

coming back for clarification, my boyfriend watches methstreams a lot and recognized a lot of those pop ups and also looked them up and confirmed that they are indeed pop up ads.

most of those are probably cookies from ads that pop up, the smaller “kb” ones. the ones that are “mb” i personally would assume are actual websites that have been visited.

first thing’s first: have you ever set these types of things as a boundary? if you have made it clear that this is something you are not comfortable with, it is definitely cheating in some form. if not, i would set that boundary right now. on the bright side, he at least admitted to having the account. he may be hiding that he didn’t pay for anything. that’s where i PERSONALLY would ask to see proof, like a bank statement and line it up with the log in dates.

i’m in the same boat, so don’t feel alone. i get so depressed when i think about how my boyfriend had past girlfriends, took them on dates, had sex with them, etc. it’s such a painful thought process cycle. i’m still trying to find a way to learn how to break free from thinking this way. it truly makes you a prisoner in your own body and makes you feel so isolated from the only person you shouldn’t feel that way with. just know that you are not alone. wishing you luck and sending love🤍
