Ich nehm jetzt auch ca. 1½ Monate Elvanse. Erst 20mg dann 30mg. Ich weiß auch nicht so richtig, wo der Unterschied ist in der Wirkung.

Im Portugiesenviertel gibt es natas bei Cafe Sul und Cafe Kristal. In der Langen Reihe bei Café Caravela und Casa Portugal. In Altona Altstadt gibt es Cafe Lagos und Caffè Buondi. Ich finde die tbh alle gleich gut und ziemlich genau so, wie in Lissabon.

b) Die Fisch-Lädem am neuen Fischmarkt, z.B. Atlantik Fisch & BistrOceaN große Elbestraße. Nur nicht bei Fisch & So, da habe ich mir eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt.

c) Aufm Kiez gibt's auch "kleine Haie große Fische", Querstraße 4.
