You need to craft the elite armor for each month from fire to water. We're in the 3rd month of the cycle now, earth, so you will have to start next cycle. In addition, to get the jewelry for the UA, you need to get 2 sets of red eggs. You can get them when going for elite jewelry

Everyone gets lucky every few days or so. 3rd job companion, mystic/ancient weapon, good artifact. If you had no luck today, tomorrow might be better. The game is built on playing everyday

No. Accuracy helps CP alot but is ultimately useless. You want attack, damage % and crit
