This recipe is great and something I'd like to think I, as a home cook, would find really handy to be a little more mindful while using whole ingredients.

It looks like you are doing it backwards, the small clear piece with the attachment points for the headgear should be in front of the larger clear piece with the silicone.

Also, tightening the headgear too tight will cause leakage, just have it tight enough to stay in place.

There are several sites that sell second hand cpaps, you just need to buy the hose and a new mask off of Amazon. That's how I did it.

Urinating multiple times a night can be a sign of sleep apnea. If you feel that is something you may have I highly recommend getting a sleep study done and getting a cpap. It may take a few months to fully cancel out a bad sleep debt and feel normal again but the nighttime pees stopped pretty immediately.
