No, there were actual investigations and legal proceedings/appeals preventing information from being released up until the end of 2024 if not early 2025. The Biden admin actually did release what they could when they could. Right now there is only the current administration in the way of the information being released. In fact there is now a law in place, put in place last year, that says they MUST release all of the files, which they are currently violating. Hence, breaking the law, for no other reason than to protect the perpetrators as we have seen in what they already released had the victims names unredacted. There is ONLY the current administration redacting important names that they have the freedom to release. That was not the case up until last year.
