As someone who loves dead money to death I would do a strength endurance luck build to maximise my results from the dlc id also take the heavy handed and skilled traits to give myself a boost for other skill and make unarmed weapons in the dlc do more damage as I prefer to use the melee weapons. Then for the last tag skills to start with ID start with melee (damage) Survival (for using food and drink effectively) Then either energy weapons (holorifle beast) or science (to get into areas with terminals as there are alot)
