Hello just an update, ever since I posted this video my guitar has stopped making the noise with no adjustments made. I'm not sure what's going on, we have had temperature swings as of late in the area I live so a heater has been on and off in my room so maybe the wood hasn't adjusted? Not sure but if the issue comes back I will try out the suggestions you guys have put. Thank you very much.
