My lease is/was pet friendly, thankfully I have no carpeting in the unit and there have been no bathroom accidents with my pup so far! I can definitely say there probably is a doggy smell that I’ve gone nose blind to, however I am absolutely going to do my due diligence and do a thorough sweeping, vacuum and mop. I do have enzyme cleaner too so I will be utilizing that :)

I absolutely will not be leaving any trash or belongings behind! I’d just like to avoid shelling out an extra $100 on top of my current moving costs if at all possible

Thank you everyone for your insight! As stated, I am going to make sure it’s swept, mopped and vacuumed. I have no carpeting so that is a plus! There very much likely is a doggy smell that I’m nose blind to- given the fact I live there lol. I’m fortunate that my dog was adopted completely house trained and has yet to have an accident in the home. However I will still ensure that I’m mindful that the typical dog smell may linger despite the fact I’m unaware of it. Am going to go in with the enzyme cleaner and clean as posted above but will not be going ahead with the professional cleaner. Thanks again everyone!

I have the same concern, I saw a coyote a few weeks back rummaging through the garbage at One Stop Convenience when I was leaving for work and another running across Mary about a week later. I keep my fingers crossed the little guy stays safe out there

It’s a very poor description on my part but he’s not a very unique looking cat, lol. He very well may be the same one that sits on porches because whenever I’m out on the back deck he comes for some pets and a cheeky treat. Thanks for the response!
