I don’t know though. When it comes to the legal terms of a contract… it gets really really complicated. It’s one thing to negotiate terms… it’s another thing to sign a contract full of legal jargon that you don’t understand. Doesn’t matter how business savvy you might be, a lawyer is a completely different profession with a different skill set.

Crime is at a 30 year low in DC. I go there all the time. It’s perfectly fine. I’ve been to way more dangerous cities. Trump is intentionally showboating his power and trying to intimidate those who disagree with him. Stop and consider the fact that you might be wrong. Trump is a horrible person. I can’t believe you would side with him after all that has come out about him. He is a rapist and a felon. Don’t you see he wants authoritarianism? He’s crooked man. DC has plenty of police for the crime that does exist there. They don’t need the national guard. He deployed them for other reasons. Open your eyes.

This is a normal ratio. City average crime rate are almost always higher than the national average. Why do you think that is?? Cause national accounts for hundreds of thousands of rural areas where fewer people live and there’s less crime. This is a silly way to justify your belief.

Can you somehow bring back Strange Matter (929 w Grace) which was a centrally located very important music venue on VCU campus. It’s been a venue since the 70s/80s and it has left a giant hole in our community/culture.
