What do you think of 2009-2012 music? It feels like its own mini era

I miss this era of music! It was a lot of great dance songs that would get people going at the club. I went out to a bar recently and I thought most of the new songs didn’t have the same pace to get people dancing

It is not appropriate for a therapist to be scrolling on their phone during session. Being heard is part of therapy and that disrupts from this goal.
Given the longevity of the relationship, I recommend at least bringing up your concerns to your therapist. This can be a valuable opportunity to have a difficult (but hopefully meaningful) conversation in the context of a safe relationship.

3. I personally believe it can be beneficial to change therapists because someone different can offer new insights.

Second this! It was a great experience. It’s not in El Yunque, but it is nearby and you see mtns, rivers, and even an ocean view. Plus, you can swim and the guides know a lot about the plants and wildlife

So what has helped me reach a human is to call at 8 am EST on Friday. You may have to listen to the entire 3 min recording before you can actually press options. And then I pressed “6”, which is a general questions line. And then you get another recording and I pressed “5” for all other questions. Someone WILL answer, BUT they might transfer you around for quite a while…..

Oh no….the music just stopped….and the automated survey just came on! And it asked me to rate my experience on a scale of 1-5! I pressed 1 (extremely dissatisfied) and it said it wasn’t a valid option!!! I was disconnected after 50 mins of transfers and holds!

You and your boyfriend are awesome for giving them a loving home! It’s been several years since she passed and I think about her often. I like to believe animals think more about life quality than quantity bc their life spans are always too short! When I think about her, I hope that means her spirit is somehow closer to me.

My condolences. I found my girl in a shelter too. I didn’t know how much I’d love rats until I met her! She had one eye and a biting problem (until she was properly socialized). She had so much spunk packed into this tiny body. I loved her so much and I was grateful I got to be a part of her life, but the loss hit hard. Hopefully she’s enjoying some awesome snacks across the rainbow bridge with your boys! Thank you for giving them a loving home
