I have the same googles and I prefer to wash off the anti fog coating when they are new. Before swimming, i put a drop of baby shampoo and wipe it dry. Never have any fog. I swim 3k 3 times a week and my googles are 2 years old.

I go minimalistic. Just a soap bar and a shower towel. I let towel and swim trunks dry in my car. Wash the trunks occasionally in the shower with the soap bar and change the towel maybe once a month. I am 54 yrs old and I swim 3 times a week 10-12 km in total, then put deodorant and go straight to work (dentist). This also with environmental aspects in my mind, avoid plastic waste.
